Due to the nature of our subscription model and the agreed-upon renewal terms at checkout, we are unable to refund or cancel orders that have already been processed in our system. In addition, we are unable to offer refunds for any prepaid subscriptions, one-time purchases, or gift orders. By purchasing the Quarterly or Annual subscription, you are responsible for the upfront cost. We are unable to provide any full or partial refunds due to our print to order business model.
