We strive to ship all first-time orders within one business day. Subscription renewals occur on the 10th and 16th of the month and ship shortly after. Just as soon as your order ships, you'll receive shipping confirmtion with tracking attached. 

When will my order ship?

You can upgrade to an annual subscription by logging in, selecting 'mange subscriptions', and selecting 'upgrade to annual' on your active subscription. If you'd like to upgrade to a quarterly subscription or need further assistance, our team is happy to help.

How do I upgrade my subscription? 

Due to the nature of our subscription model and the agreed-upon renewal terms at checkout, we are unable to refund or cancel orders that have already been processed in our system. Canceling your subscription prevents it from auto-renewing.

What is your return and refund policy?

Select Manage Subscriptions
Select "edit" on the subscription
Select "Cancel Subscription"
